OK, maybe it's not exactly step one, but it's pretty close. While you're mulling over names for your car show, be thinking about possible website domain names to match it. A website for your event can be one of the most powerful marketing tools you can have. In today's internet driven world, your website should become a central focus of your promotional efforts. You want the domain name (and event name) to be easy to remember and spell. Don't use the year or "1st annual" in the domain name. If the event continues on, you'll want to use the same site instead of starting all over. Got an idea for an event name and matching website domain? Hop on over to GoDaddy.com and see if it's available. |
